Oniverse is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to drive online performance across its brands. You will plan campaigns, manage website content and optimize the customer journey while coordinating CRM programs to boost engagement.

The role requires 2-3 years in e-commerce or digital marketing, strong data skills (Excel, GA4, Power BI) and fluency in Portuguese and English. This is an on-site Lisbon position with collaboration across local and HQ teams.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing or Online Retail.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset; translate data into actions.
• Experience managing online campaigns, websites and customer communications.
• Advanced skills in Excel, GA4 and Power BI.
• Knowledge of SEO and Digital Media.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Native Portuguese and fluent English.
• Location: Lisbon; On-site work model.

Responsabilidades

• Own online commercial performance and coordinate campaigns, launches and promotions.
• Manage website content, merchandising and landing pages.
• Improve online customer journey and user experience.
• Manage CRM and loyalty initiatives to support acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Coordinate with local and HQ teams across departments.
