BMS Engineering Recruitment is seeking a Senior SEO lead for a global medical technology organisation. You will own SEO and GEO strategy across a multi-brand digital ecosystem, shaping how brands are discovered through traditional and AI-driven search.

You will lead technical SEO, analytics and digital transformation, collaborating with Web, Content and Marketplace teams. Lisbon-based with global scope, you will drive governance, migrations and content priorities across international markets.

Qualificações

• Proven technical SEO experience across complex websites.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO reporting and tools.
• Understanding of AI search and GEO practices.
• Ability to translate SEO requirements into technical and content actions.
• Experience with CMS platforms, structured data or site migrations would be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
