Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Director to lead the Digital, Housing & Delegate Management (DHD) service within Meetings & Events. You will shape strategy for digital event platforms, housing, and registration, guiding a global team and collaborating with IT, Procurement, Marketing, and senior stakeholders to deliver distinctive, brand-aligned experiences.

The role emphasizes digital innovation, data-driven insights, and governance to support hundreds of events annually while advancing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, program or digital operations management.
• Proven leadership of large-scale event service portfolios with measurable impact.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or JD preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the DHD service strategy aligning with digital priorities.
• Lead a global team of 11 FTEs and contingent staff.
• Partner with IT, Procurement, Marketing and other functions to integrate DHD into enterprise strategies.
• Represent DHD on the Extended M&E Leadership team.
