You will support a global portfolio of complex and high-profile meetings and events, ensuring seamless, brand-aligned, secure, and operationally resilient participant experiences across in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats.
Your Responsibilities Will Be

- Lead complex, high-profile event service delivery across multiple regions and stakeholder groups, directing project teams and external suppliers while maintaining a cohesive participant experience across digital and housing touchpoints.
- Manage operations, programs, and projects that provide leverage to the DHD Director; anticipate changing priorities, allocate resources effectively, and drive complex work to high-quality outcomes.
- Establish and reinforce practical standards, playbooks, quality controls, and service measures that improve consistency, scalability, and stakeholder experience.
- Identify service risks and operational dependencies early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve escalated issues with sound judgement and appropriate stakeholder engagement.
Business Ownership of Digital & Housing Platforms
- Act as business owner for M&E's digital and housing technology platforms, accountable for ensuring the products meet business and user needs and support the end-to-end event service model.
- Partner closely with Product and IT teams to define business requirements, prioritize enhancements, shape product roadmaps, and make informed trade-offs across user experience, functionality, risk, cost, and technical feasibility.
- Represent M&E business needs in platform governance, release planning, testing, adoption, and change management; ensure new capabilities are operationally ready and embedded into team workflows.
- Use platform performance, participant feedback, service data, and stakeholder insights to identify root causes, develop improvement priorities, and influence future investment decisions.
- Promote responsible adoption of automation, AI, analytics, and emerging event technologies where they can improve participant experience, efficiency, data quality, or resilience.
Housing & Delegate Experience
- Oversee the housing/accommodation service alongside registration and digital delivery, ensuring room-block, booking, participant communication, and data processes are integrated into the broader attendee journey.
- Partner with internal teams and external providers to ensure housing services are delivered to agreed standards, with clear ownership, controls, escalation paths, and service expectations.
- Drive simplification and standardization across housing workflows and technology, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and strengthen the participant experience.
- Ensure appropriate attention to data privacy, security, contractual obligations, and operational risk across housing and delegate-management processes.
