Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Global Marketing Events Manager to lead strategy and execution of flagship event programs worldwide. You will oversee complex initiatives across stakeholders and geographies, driving engagement, ROI, and brand impact.

The role partners with global External Relations & Events teams to align event priorities with business objectives, manage budgets, and mentor colleagues. A hybrid office-based role with global travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading global events in professional services or agencies.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders across geographies.
• Experience designing event strategies that boost engagement and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global event programs across geographies.
• Develop event strategies aligned with marketing objectives and ROI.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, digital, branding, and communications.
• Manage complex project plans, budgets, timelines, and vendors.
• Identify ways to improve event effectiveness through innovation and digital tools.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities with brand objectives.
• Oversee multiple workstreams with strong execution quality.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
