Emma – The Sleep Company seeks a proactive graduate to join our European sales team in Lisbon as a Junior Sales/Key Account Coordinator. You will support the Key Account Manager in developing relationships with major European retailers, present our product portfolio, and help steer performance.

You’ll coordinate sales administration with marketing, operations and customer support, align local and global teams on promotions, and contribute to building the knowledge base to drive fast, sustainable

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in Sales or Key Account Management.
• Curious, dynamic, team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, organized, with comfort around figures.
• Autonomy with a high level of responsibility.
• Agile mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Mirakl is a plus.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work with a Key Account Manager to develop business and relationships with Europe’s biggest retailers.
• Negotiate with clients, present our product portfolio, steer performance.
• Coordinate sales administration, collaborating with marketing, operations and customer support.
• Link global and local sales teams, manage promotional calendars and execution.
• Contribute to building the knowledge base to support fast growth.
• Provide clear reporting and deliverables to improve decision-making and partner relations.
