Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon seeks a Senior Business Strategy Analyst to drive commercial excellence and regional performance for its European D2C business. You will build scalable frameworks, processes, and cross-market initiatives enabling country teams to deliver consistent results and accelerate EU growth.

You will report to the Business Strategy Manager and collaborate with Ecommerce Country Teams, Global Marketing, Category Management, and Webshop and Operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or consulting, ideally in e-commerce or performance-driven environments.
• You are data-led and commercially sharp, using data to drive decisions and forecast performance.
• You take ownership, drive initiatives independently, and align with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define scalable regional commercial structures, testing pipelines, and playbooks across EU markets.
• Lead cross-country initiatives to establish regional best practices and clear decision models.
• Build scalable processes enabling local teams to operate with strong regional alignment.
• Lead projects intersecting operations, strategy, and execution with Europe-wide coordination.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and market performance visibility with country teams and Controlling.
• Monitor KPIs and risks across markets to accelerate Emma's EU commercial performance.
• Act as sparring partner to transfer knowledge and scale performance across teams.
• Partner with Global Marketing, Category Management, Webshop, and Operations on trends and priorities.
