Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon is offering an internship in ecommerce operations starting 1 January 2027. You will manage your own projects in one of our markets and act as the liaison between operations teams and the market team to ensure a smooth supply chain.

The role suits students or graduates in business/management with strong analytical skills, English and Italian fluency, and a willingness to take responsibility.

Qualificações

• You are studying or have graduated in business administration, media management or any related university program.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Available for at least 6 months.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your own projects in the field of ecommerce operations in one of our Ecommerce markets.
• Be the link between our operations teams (customer service, warehouse, delivery, planning, etc) and one of our Ecommerce market teams, centralizing information and ensuring a smooth supply chain of our products.
• Investigate, elevate, and follow through until it's resolved in case of operational issues.
• Monitor key performance metrics on customer experience and operations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Report customer experience and operations performance regularly sharing visibility internally.
• You will be supported by a more senior team member to help you grow professionally and personally.
