Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Growth & Partnerships Specialist to manage and expand our influencer network, drive sales, and strengthen brand credibility across the country.

You will recruit and onboard influencers, negotiate contracts, and analyze campaign data to maximize ROI while collaborating closely with local and global marketing teams. Join a driven, international team and help shape our growth.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Structured and organized.
• Hands-on with ownership of your channels.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize partner relationships in the country, while developing and expanding our influencer network to drive sales and strengthen brand credibility.
• Recruit and onboard new influencers through different channels, ensuring strong brand fit and creating engaging content that drives customer action and conversion.
• Negotiate and manage contract structures with partners, ensuring profitability and long‑term value.
• Analyze content and performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, while owning and growing influencer marketing revenue month‑on‑month.
• Work closely with local and global marketing teams and agencies, ensuring alignment with business goals, smooth communication, and a high‑performing partner ecosystem.
