Essity in Lisbon is seeking an Accounts Payable Support Analyst to provide operational AP support across multiple countries and to manage stakeholder requests with accuracy and timeliness.

You will contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives, while collaborating with AP operations and other business functions to ensure service excellence. Fluency in English and ERP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.
• Experience with GR/IR and Consignment processes; able to investigate AP queries.
• Comfortable with ERP systems and ticket management tools.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Accounts Payable support across multiple countries.
• Act as a trusted contact for stakeholders; manage requests efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement, standardization, and automation in AP processes.
• Capture and share operational knowledge to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with AP, Internal Control, Master Data and other functions for effective outcomes.
