Teya is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst in Lisbon to support accurate, timely processing of supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations across the finance function.

You will work with Finance, Procurement, suppliers and internal teams to ensure robust control, resolve queries, and drive improvements across AP operations. This is a hands‑on role with end‑to‑end AP responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger or Finance Operations.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing, supplier reconciliations and month‑end AP activities.
• Proficiency with finance systems/ERP and Excel.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage high‑volume transactional work.
• Analytical, problem‑solving skills and improvement mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own end‑to‑end processing of supplier invoices, coding, approvals, posting and payments.
• Review invoices for compliance with policies and PO/tax rules.
• Perform supplier reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage payment runs ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor AP inbox and prioritise urgent items while meeting SLAs.
• Act as main contact for suppliers and internal teams, driving issue resolution.
• Support month‑end close, accruals, reconciliations and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements in AP processes and systems.
• Provide guidance to junior colleagues and share knowledge.
