Job summary

Teya is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst in Lisbon to support accurate, timely and controlled processing of supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations. You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement and suppliers to strengthen purchase-to-pay processes and maintain robust controls across the AP function.

This hands-on role provides broad exposure to Month-End, intercompany reconciliations and process improvement initiatives within Finance Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger or Finance Operations.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing and supplier reconciliations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume processing.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end processing of supplier invoices, coding, approvals and posting.
• Review invoices for compliance with policies and PO/tax rules.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage payment runs and ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Monitor AP inbox and prioritize urgent items while meeting SLAs.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
