Air Liquide ALEBS in Portugal seeks an Accounts Payable professional to verify and record supplier invoices, ensure proper coding, and maintain vendor relationships to support cost control and timely payments. You will assist in reconciliation, month-end closings, and audits within a global finance network.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting / Financial / Management / Economy.
• 3+ years experience in a multinational company is desirable.
• Experience in Global Business Services is a plus (for GBS roles).
• Languages: Fluency in English (mandatory), Portuguese (nice to have) and extra languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing and verifying invoices, ensuring proper coding and authorization, and entering them into the accounting system.
• Assist in reconciling vendor statements, resolving payment discrepancies, and managing vendor relationships.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, participate in financial audits, and contribute to financial reporting requirements.
