Job summary

UNIT4 NV seeks a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment globally, with a strong focus on the EMEA region. You will use data-driven, AI-first approaches to attract top talent while delivering a human-centered candidate and hiring manager experience.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards and referrals, screen and assess candidates, and promote UNIT4's employer brand as an employer of choice.

• Ability to use data and market insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment globally with a focus on the EMEA region.
