Job summary

Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS), Unipessoal Lda. in Lisbon seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to lead end-to-end recruitment across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and India, partnering with hiring managers to build pipelines aligned with strategy.

You'll manage a portfolio of open positions, leverage AI tools, conduct structured interviews, source hard-to-find talent, and support diversity and mobility programs within a diverse, matrix-based organization.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting structured interviews and assessing behavioral competencies.
• Ability to source and hire hard-to-find candidates on international platforms.
• Knowledge of Workday and/or similar HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across varied business functions and regions.
• Partner with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines aligned with strategic goals.
• Manage a portfolio of open positions and monitor recruitment metrics and timelines.
