Job summary

CapsLock is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and hire top talents globally, coordinating with hiring managers and shaping recruitment strategies. You will manage end-to-end processes and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of hires.

The role emphasizes IT and marketing/sales focus, cross-border recruitment, and a data-driven approach in a dynamic, remote-friendly setting within CET.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including working on IT and marketing/sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience, with a focus on Europe; US market is a big plus.
• Proven experience in closing C-level roles for the company.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing, including various techniques, tools and channels.
• Data-driven approach, with experience using recruitment ATS systems, task-tracking systems, and reporting tools.
• Proactive attitude toward leveraging AI and automation in day-to-day work.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for searching and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team in spreading sourcing channels’ options.
• Conduct interviews with qualitative assessment of skills.
• Cooperate with hiring managers on interviewing the best fit for each role.
• Prepare reports on recruitment activities.
• Interplay with other team members and departments on new ideas and process improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools to optimize processes and improve output quality.
