Job summary

ALEBS, the Global Center of Excellence for Talent Acquisition in Lisbon, seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and India. You will partner with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines and manage multiple open roles in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in conducting structured interviews and assessing behavioral competencies.
• Able to source and hire hard-to-find candidates on international platforms.
• Knowledge of the VIE program and/or internal mobility processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
• Fluency in English; French is required, additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Europe, Africa, Middle East and India.
• Partner with internal hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines.
• Manage a portfolio of open positions simultaneously (avg. ~25).
• Collaborate daily with colleagues from different countries and cultures.
