Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a German-speaking Partner Technical Solutions Consultant to join our global technology practice. You will act as a technical liaison for business partners, troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, and help drive product success in Europe.

Based in Bulgaria with a fully supported relocation package, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document solutions in CRM, and participate in training modules to stay ahead in the consumer electronics

Qualificações

• German language (native or fluent) required (written and spoken).
• Professional English proficiency for international collaboration.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary technical contact for partners on consumer electronics products.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues to ensure optimal performance.
