Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a German-speaking Partner Technical Solutions Consultant to join our global technology practice. You will act as a technical liaison for business partners, troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, and help drive product success in Europe.
Based in Bulgaria with a fully supported relocation package, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document solutions in CRM, and participate in training modules to stay ahead in the consumer electronics
Qualificações
- German language (native or fluent) required (written and spoken).
- Professional English proficiency for international collaboration.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as a primary technical contact for partners on consumer electronics products.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain technical relationships with partners to drive satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve firmware/documentation challenges.
- Provide guidance on implementation and maintenance of new tech.
- Document all partner interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
- Participate in regular training to stay current in the tech landscape.
