Resumo da oferta
Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a German-speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to coordinate end-to-end delivery operations for our logistics partners and serve German-speaking clients. You will ensure timely tracking, transit times, and smooth scheduling, liaising with warehouses and carriers.
On-site assignment in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package, health insurance, and a signing bonus.
Qualificações
- German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Experience or interest in Logistics & Supply Chain preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and time-sensitive communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and client service orientation.
Responsabilidades
- Manage end-to-end delivery processes with Logistics & Supply Chain partners.
- Provide proactive support to German-speaking customers on shipment tracking, transit times, and delivery scheduling.
- Coordinate with warehouses and carrier fleets to resolve discrepancies in real time.
- Maintain high data integrity in internal management platforms.
- Communicate professionally across multiple channels to ensure premium delivery experiences.
- Analyze shipping performance metrics to identify efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with international teams to support growth in Bulgaria.
