Cross Border Talents is seeking a Travel Advisor in Porto to support travelers before, during, and after trips. You will handle reservations, changes, and inquiries across multiple channels, delivering a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and at least 1 year in customer support. A competitive salary and relocation assistance are offered as part of a collaborative team environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2) recommended.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations and travel requests.
• Provide accurate information about flights, accommodations, transportation, policies and products.
• Resolve inquiries with empathy and professional service.
• Manage customer cases following company procedures and escalate when needed.
• Maintain records of interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with travel partners to deliver timely solutions.
