Cross Border Talents is seeking a Travel Advisor in Porto to support travelers before, during, and after trips. You will handle reservations, changes, and inquiries across multiple channels, delivering a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and at least 1 year in customer support. A competitive salary and relocation assistance are offered as part of a collaborative team environment.

• Resolve inquiries with empathy and professional service.
• Manage customer cases following company procedures and escalate when needed.
• Maintain records of interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with travel partners to deliver timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other digital communication channels.
• Assist customers with reservations, booking changes, cancellations, and a variety of travel-related requests.
• Provide accurate information about flights, accommodations, transportation services, travel policies, and additional travel products.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while ensuring a positive and personalized service experience.
• Manage customer cases in line with company procedures, escalating complex situations when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, actions taken, and case resolutions using internal systems.
• Handle customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-focused approach.
• Stay informed about travel services, company policies, industry trends, and new products through continuous learning.
• Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to deliver timely and effective solutions for customers.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
