Responsibilities
- Provide German-language inbound support via phone, chat, and email.
- Respond to inquiries and document relevant case information.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Assist with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues.
- Escalate and document processes; collaborate to resolve tickets.
- Maintain the ticketing system in English.
- Represent the company and uphold brand reputation.
