Nordic Jobs Worldwide is seeking a Technical Customer Advisor to work from Porto, delivering German-language inbound support via phone, chat, and email. You will document cases, assist with pre-sales, and tackle technical issues while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Native-level German (C2) and fluent English.
• Experience in customer or technical support is advantageous.

• Collaborating with other technicians to resolve or properly close tickets
• Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English
