About the job

We are looking for native German speakers or fluent in English (B2) to work as Customer Service representatives in a call center environment in Lisbon, Portugal. Our client is the European leader in travel experiences.

Mission of the project:

• Act as a Travel Advisor
• Assist customers with managing their bookings and resolving issues or queries
• Provide information about products and services
• Counsel customers regarding the company's services
• Find the best solutions for customer needs

Requirements

• Availability to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Customer service experience is preferred
• For non-EU applicants, a valid work permit or EU passport is mandatory
• A renewable 6-month contract (CDD) from day one, with potential for permanent employment (CDI)
• Full-time position (40 hours/week)
• Free training on software and product knowledge, plus ongoing training and development
• Base salary plus monthly performance bonus, daily meal allowance, monthly transportation allowance, and 2 extra salaries per year
• Private health insurance and dental plan after 6 months, with an on-site English-speaking doctor
