Randstad Portugal is seeking a German-speaking Technical Support Representative to join a leading telecommunications team in Portugal. The role offers a hybrid model after a 6-month on-site onboarding, with rotation across shifts and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction in technical troubleshooting.

The candidate should have native to professional German fluency (C1/C2), solid IT troubleshooting skills, and prior experience in customer service within a tech or call-center environment.

Qualificações

• Solid understanding of optical fiber, networking, and IT troubleshooting.
• Background in customer service, call centers, or technical helpdesks.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (Mon–Sat, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

Job Title: German-Speaking Technical Support Representative (M/F/X)

Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal (Hybrid after 6 months)

What We Look For

• Native or professional fluency in German (C1/C2 - Required). Good English is a plus.
• Solid understanding or experience in optical fiber, networking, and IT troubleshooting.
• Background in customer service, call centers, or technical helpdesks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

What We Offer

• Base Salary: €1,305 gross/month (€18,270/year based on 14 months).
• Performance Bonuses: Up to €500/month + quarterly incentives.
• Daily Meal Allowance: €7.91/day (net).
• Health Insurance included.
• Hybrid Model: 3 days WFH / 2 days office (after an initial 6-month on-site onboarding period).
• Schedule: 8h/day, 5 days/week (Sundays off + 1 rotating day off).
