Hybrid work is offered after an initial period, with shifts across mornings and evenings in Lisbon or Porto. The ideal candidate will have German fluency (C1/C2), solid tech troubleshooting skills, and experience in customer support.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: €1,305 gross/month.
• Variable Performance Bonus: Up to €500/month, plus attractive quarterly bonuses.
• Meal Allowance: €7.91/day.
• Transport Allowance: €20/month.

• Hybrid Work Model: 3 days/week working from home after an initial 6-month period of full-time office work.
• Schedule: 8 hours/day, rotating shifts Monday to Saturday (between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM).
