Randstad Portugal is seeking a German-speaking Technical Support Representative to join a leading telecommunications team in Portugal. The role offers a hybrid model after a 6-month on-site onboarding, with rotation across shifts and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction in technical troubleshooting.
The candidate should have native to professional German fluency (C1/C2), solid IT troubleshooting skills, and prior experience in customer service within a tech or call-center environment.
Qualificações
- Native or professional fluency in German (C1/C2) required.
- Good English is a plus.
- Solid understanding of optical fiber, networking, and IT troubleshooting.
- Background in customer service, call centers, or technical helpdesks.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (Mon–Sat, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
Responsabilidades
- Provide specialized phone support, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and high customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and solve technical issues related to telecom services, optical fiber, and network connections.
- Maintain positive customer relations by delivering timely and empathetic assistance.
- Participate in continuous training to stay ahead of new tech solutions.
