Qualifications

• Fluent German required.
• 1+ year in high-volume recruiting or HR coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial interviews and phone screenings to assess candidate reliability and motivation.
• Review daily inbound applications against quality standards.
• Verify work permits, right-to-work status, and other legal documentation.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and coordinate seamless hand-offs to the team.
