Job summary

BPO company in Lisbon/Porto is seeking a Dutch or German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 1 year of recruitment experience to join our growing team in a hybrid setup.

You will source candidates, conduct interviews, partner with hiring managers, manage onboarding, and maintain candidate relationships while working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment with relocation and meal benefits.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch OR German (C1) + English (B2).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Degree in Human Resources or similar (preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ATS systems and sourcing techniques.
• Proactive attitude and team-player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through databases, social media, and job fairs.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Manage onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
