CBT in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to serve as a brand ambassador for a premium coffee brand. You will handle German customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat, assisting with orders, subscriptions, and delivery logistics.

You will coordinate with technical teams for swift solutions, build rapport with customers, and ensure a high-quality service experience in a calm, structured environment.

Qualificações

• Native/ Fluent German required (C1/C2).
• Good English (B1+) for team communication.
• Experience in customer service is valued but attitude matters most.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in German via phone, email, and chat with product setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee orders, subscriptions, and delivery logistics for a seamless experience.
• Coordinate with technical teams to provide swift, accurate solutions.
