CBT in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a premium lifestyle brand in the coffee industry. The role focuses on supporting a high-end coffee experience ecosystem, including machines, orders, subscriptions, and deliveries, in a calm, structured environment.

You will handle Dutch inquiries, guide setup, manage orders, and coordinate with logistics, all while maintaining brand standards and documentation. This is an on-site position at Sete Rios, Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) required.
• Good English skills (B1+ preferred).
• Experience in customer support, e-commerce, or service roles is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer requests via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Support customers with coffee machine setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Manage orders, subscriptions, deliveries, and account updates.
• Assist with product information and premium service inquiries.
• Coordinate with logistics and technical teams when needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
• Provide a smooth, high-quality customer journey aligned with brand standards.
• Work within structured processes and CRM systems.
