CBT in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our on-site team at Sete Rios. You will represent a premium coffee brand, assisting customers by phone, email and chat, guiding them through product setup, usage, and troubleshooting while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

You will manage orders, subscriptions, and delivery logistics, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure a seamless, brand-approved experience.

Qualificações

• Native/Fluent German (C1/C2) required.
• Good English (B1+) for team communication.
• Calm, empathetic and solution-oriented mindset.
• Bonus: experience in e-commerce or customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in German via phone, email, and chat with machine setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Manage orders, subscriptions, and delivery logistics for a seamless experience.
• Coordinate with technical teams to provide swift, accurate solutions.
