CBT in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a premium coffee brand on-site in Sete Rios. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:00, with no nights or weekends, offering a steady, long-term role.

You will handle Dutch customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat, assist with machine setup and subscriptions, and ensure a smooth purchasing journey while upholding the brand’s premium service standards.

Qualificações

• Native/Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) is essential.
• Good English (B1+) for team communication.
• Calm, empathetic and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping habits.

Responsabilidades

• Be the expert: assist customers in Dutch via phone, email, and chat with machine setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Manage the journey: oversee orders, subscriptions, and delivery logistics for a seamless experience.
• Problem solve: coordinate with technical teams to provide swift, accurate solutions.
