CBT is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a premium coffee brand in Lisbon. You will handle Dutch inquiries by phone, email, and chat, assist with orders and subscriptions, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues, all within a calm, structured environment.

The role emphasizesQuality-focused service, growth through training on high-end products, and a consistent Mon-Fri 08:00–16:00 schedule, with evenings and weekends free.

Qualificações

• Native/Fluent Dutch required (C1/C2).
• Good English for team communication (B1+).
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in Dutch via phone, email, and chat with machine setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee orders, subscriptions, and delivery logistics for a seamless experience.
• Coordinate with technical teams to provide swift, accurate solutions.
• Build rapport with customers, reflecting the brand's premium reputation.
