The Premium Coffee Brand in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our on-site team. You will assist customers in German via phone, email, and chat, covering machine setup, usage, and troubleshooting, while representing the brand with professionalism.

Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, you will manage orders, subscriptions, and delivery logistics to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualificações

• Native/Fluent German required (C1/C2).
• Good English (B1+) for team communication.
• Experience in customer service or e-commerce preferred but attitude matters.
• Ability to document interactions clearly in structured systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in German via phone, email, and chat with setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee orders, subscriptions, and delivery logistics for a seamless experience.
• Coordinate with technical teams to provide swift, accurate solutions.
• Build rapport to reflect the premium brand in every interaction.
