You will work within CRM systems, ensuring high-quality interactions and a streamlined customer journey aligned with brand standards.
Qualificações
- Fluent German (C1/C2) required.
- Good English (B1+ or higher) preferred.
- Experience in customer support, e‑commerce or service roles is an advantage.
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain attention to detail.
- Calm, solution-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
Responsabilidades
- Handle inbound customer requests via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Support customers with coffee machine setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Manage orders, subscriptions, deliveries, and account updates.
- Assist with product information and premium service inquiries.
- Coordinate with logistics and technical teams when needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
- Provide a smooth, high-quality customer journey aligned with brand standards.
- Work within structured processes and CRM systems.
