Qualificações

• Educate users on best practices, platform updates, security protocols, and advanced tool configurations.
• Log customer interactions in CRM tools and escalate complex engineering/bug reports when necessary.

Are you fluent in German with a knack for troubleshooting digital tools, web technologies, or online search features? We are seeking technical and user support specialists to join our service desk team supporting one of the world's leading search engine and tech platforms in Lisbon, Portugal.

In this role, you will assist German-speaking consumer and business users with account access, search engine features, online tools, basic troubleshooting, and platform performance inquiries. Full relocation support- including provided accommodation is included to make your move to Lisbon seamless and stress-free!

The Role

• Technical & Account Assistance: Provide high-quality technical support via email, phone, and chat to German-speaking users regarding search engine tools, account settings, integration, and platform features.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to search functionality, browser compatibility, account security, or digital ad platform syncing.
• Product Guidance: Educate users on best practices, platform updates, security protocols, and advanced tool configurations.
• Escalation & Documentation: Log all customer interactions precisely in CRM tools and elevate complex engineering/bug reports to higher-tier technical teams when necessary.

Working Model & Location

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.

Requirements
