Kats Recruitment in Lisbon seeks a German-speaking Search Engine Technical Support Specialist to assist German-speaking users with account access, search features, and basic troubleshooting in a dynamic tech environment.

The role includes a full relocation package with accommodation, an office-based setup in Lisbon, and clear career growth paths into Tier-2 technical support and account management.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native German proficiency (C1/C2) with good working English (B2).
• EU/EEA passport or valid Portuguese residence/work permit.
• Strong affinity for internet technologies, search tools and basic web navigation troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication, patient and user-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical support via email, phone and chat to German-speaking users for search engine tools and account settings.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to search functionality, browser compatibility, account security, or ad platform syncing.
• Educate users on best practices, platform updates, security protocols, and advanced tool configurations.
• Log customer interactions in CRM tools and escalate complex engineering/bug reports when necessary.
