Batmaid is seeking a German-speaking recruitment coordinator to screen daily applications, conduct high-volume initial interviews, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will verify work permits and legal documentation, update internal systems for a smooth hand-off, and collaborate with hiring teams to meet monthly targets while delivering a positive candidate experience and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Qualificações

• At least 1+ years in recruitment or HR coordination.
• Native German and fluent English required.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or cleaning/hospitality is a plus.
• Proactive ownership of your candidate pipeline and high-volume interviews.

Responsabilidades

• Screen daily applications and identify candidates who align with Batmaid’s requirements.
• Conduct high-volume initial interviews to assess professionalism, experience and motivation.
• Verify work permits, background checks and legal documentation.
• Accurately update internal systems with candidate information for a smooth hand-off.
• Manage the candidate pipeline to meet monthly hiring targets.
