AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (German Speaking) to drive full-cycle recruitment across key functions. You will partner with HR and hiring managers, craft strategies, source candidates, interview, and advise on hires to ensure top talent delivery.

You will attract candidates with innovative strategies, leverage an AI-driven CRM, and build diverse pipelines while collaborating with an international team to optimize processes and onboarding

Qualificações

• University degree or equal through experience.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, high-volume fast pace.
• Proactive and innovative mentality, acting as a true recruitment partner for hiring managers.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategic solutions.
• Curiosity and market awareness to understand evolving business needs.
• Fluency in English and German

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end recruitment – Drive full-cycle hiring, from partnering with hiring managers to crafting recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and advising on the best hires.
• Creative talent attraction – Develop unique, forward-thinking recruitment strategies to strengthen Amgen’s employer brand and attract top-tier talent, while using our AI driven Candidate Relationship Management System.
• Proactive networking – Build strong pipelines for key roles and provide diverse, high-quality candidate shortlists.
• Flawless onboarding – Ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into Amgen’s HR systems
• Global collaboration – Work alongside an international team to optimize processes and learn from each-other
