ManpowerGroup is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer fluent in German and English to join our remote international team. You will identify and engage passive candidates, build talent pipelines, and support hiring across Europe.
You'll collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, map talent landscapes, and maintain a high-quality candidate experience in a fully remote, international environment.
Qualificações
- Fluent German and English language skills (both required).
- Experience in active sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement.
Responsabilidades
- Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, talent databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Identifying and engaging passive candidates, generating interest in new career opportunities.
- Collaborating with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Conducting talent mapping and providing market insights on candidate availability and hiring trends.
- Supporting Talent Acquisition projects and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining a high-quality candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
