Batmaid is seeking a German-speaking recruitment coordinator to screen daily applications, conduct high-volume initial interviews, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will verify work permits and legal documentation, update internal systems for a smooth hand-off, and collaborate with hiring teams to meet monthly targets while delivering a positive candidate experience and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Qualificações

• At least 1+ years in recruitment or HR coordination.
• Native German and fluent English required.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or cleaning/hospitality is a plus.
• Proactive ownership of your candidate pipeline and high-volume interviews.

Requirements

• You have at least 1+ years of professional experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
• You possess a can-do attitude and a proactive mindset, taking full ownership of your candidate pipeline
• You are energetic, empathetic and can handle back-to-back interviews without losing your spark.
• You are a Native German speaker with fluent English skills
• Experience working within a fast-paced start-up environment or the cleaning/hospitality industry is a plus.
