CallForTalents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Porto-based team. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and strive to provide timely, accurate resolutions. This on-site role follows a Monday to Friday schedule with standard business hours.

Ideal candidates are fluent in German, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to help customers. Previous service experience is a plus but not mandatory, as training is provided.
