We're hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a Tech team in Porto, Portugal.

You’ll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 03/Sep/26.

Outbound telemarketing experience preferred.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in German and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
