Rocket Stars in Porto is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support professional for a full-time, permanent position onsite.

You will provide German language support (C1/C2) with English (B2+) proficiency, work a 40-hour week in a 24/7 rotating schedule, including occasional night shifts, and enjoy a multicultural environment plus ongoing coaching and a clear career path. The role emphasizes personal and professional growth through coaching and team events within a supportive project.

Schedule

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week
• Working hours: Monday to Sunday - 24/7 (Rotative shifts)
  Days Off - 2 Rotative days
  Night Shift (22:00 to 07:00) – The night shift team is quite small, so each agent may only be required to cover this schedule occasionally during the month. Nevertheless, candidates must be aware of and comfortable with a 24/7 work rotation.Monday to Friday, between 08:00 – 20:00 rotational
