Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle German-speaking inbound customer service via phone, chat, and email for various insurance topics.
• Respond to emails and send documents, contracts, etc.
• Document relevant case details in the internal ticketing system.
• Process claims or cancellations as requested by customers.
• Archive completed cases electronically and update customer data as needed.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalations.
• Represent company values and maintain a strong reputation.
