Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting a German-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle inquiries, manage policy changes, and support clients with insurance policies while delivering a smooth customer experience.

The position is full-time, on-site in Lisbon, with full paid training and performance-based incentives. Relocation support is provided, including accommodation and flight reimbursements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in German (C2).
• Proficient in English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers about insurance policies.
• Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system.
• Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information.
• Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools.
• Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods.
• Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations.
