A typical day

You’ll spend most of it on closerHire is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions to recruit a German-speaking Customer Service, representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you’ll support clients in managing their insurance policies, handling inquiries, claims, and policy changes while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities, handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies, process service requests in the client’s policy administration system, compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information, and conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools.

Less often, you’ll also manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods, support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations, maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets Requirements, and native-level fluency in German (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
