In this hybrid role, you'll assist customers with EV charging station issues, provide troubleshooting support, and escalate complex cases. Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical support, preferably in a call center or eMobility.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, IoT devices, and network troubleshooting.
• Comfortable using CRM and ticketing systems.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries about EV charger functionality and connectivity.
• Perform first-level diagnostics and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support with clear documentation.
